Fractured Fairy Tales

I spent some time searching the internet high and low for something simple but creative to solve my dilemma. You see after a few months my daughter and I got tired of her creative writing workbook. My knowledge of middle eastern culture and the workbook’s ignorance of it while setting all the story prompts therein, kept me in such a state of angst, I ended up tossing it against the wall of the chicken coop.

I set out to find writing prompts and suggestions for creative writing topics that would not elicit a groan of despair from the bright ruby red lips of my high schooler. I couldn't find a worksheet for my ends so I have created some. Here is my first assignment which brought forth laughter and some very silly creativity from my teen, which is far better than groans of despair or that odd huffy noise followed by a rolling of her ocular apertures. I bring you my Fractured Fairy Tale Worksheet with the warning to the teacher, to read all the directions to the end before you begin.
